Overview of the NH ATSDR APPLETREE Cooperative Agreement on Dec. 16

Date: December 15, 2020

On Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. there will be a virtual information session about a cooperative agreement between the State of New Hampshire and the CDC’s Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR). This cooperative agreement provides support to communities concerned about exposure to environmental hazards, such as chemical contaminants. The goals of the meeting are to provide an overview of the cooperative agreement, share an update on ATSDR’s activities in Merrimack and listen to existing concerns from the community of Merrimack.

This meeting is not an update about the NHDES PFAS Investigation, nor is it a hearing related to any permitting or regulatory activities. This is an educational meeting with an opportunity to share concerns your community has related to health and the environment.

The link below will allow you to register for this virtual event. There will be a question and answer period after a ~30-minute presentation. This is a public presentation and you are welcome to share the registration link below.
