NHDES conducted a virtual public hearing on August 5, 2020 to solicit comments on the Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics variance petition. In anticipation of potential technical issues or the fact that an electronic hearing format is new and may provide an obstacle for some people to access, NHDES is keeping the public record open for written comments for one more week. Therefore, additional written comments can be submitted to Catherine Beahm at catherine.beahm@des.nh.gov or mailed to P.O. Box 95, Concord, NH 03302-0095 by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020.
